Validity and payment
Valid: 1 year from the day of issue ( on M, Tu, W, Th, Fr )
Available payment methods: Online payment (SaferPay), Bank Transfer
  • The voucher can not also be used during high periods (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, long weekends, school breaks, summer period)
  • The voucher has a unique ID, it can only be redeemed once, it cannot be exchanged for cash, it cannot be transferred and it cannot be replaced in case of loss
  • The use of the voucher is subject to a reservation, as  our massages are available depending on capacity
  • By canceling the reservation, the voucher may become invalid:
    • In case of cancellation or no-show within 12 hours, the voucher becomes invalid
