The voucher has a unique identifier, it can only be redeemed once, it cannot be exchanged for cash, it cannot be transferred and it cannot be replaced in case of loss

By canceling the appointment, the voucher may become invalid:
- In case of cancellation within 12 hours or no-show, the voucher becomes invalid
